Herman J. Najoli's journey to founding this company began in the western Kenya where he birthed, nurtured and realized his dream of coming to America. He arrived in Dallas, Texas on August 21, 2001 with one hundred forty dollars in his pocket, a small twenty-one inch suitcase and a lofty dream. Herman founded the Better Life Company with the goal of contributing to life and empowering others so that they can achieve their full potential.

Herman's personal vision is a world in which all people are fully empowered with all they need to live a better life. His personal mission in life is to empower others with knowledge, skills, wisdom and resources that will enlighten, encourage, equip, embolden and enable them to embody the better life. The Better Life Company is the primary vehicle through which he pursues his vision and executes his mission.

L. Danyetta Najoli - Co-Founder, Better Life Coach and COO

L. Danyetta Najoli is a native New Yorker who finds joy in living the Better Life with her Kenyan husband, Herman J. Najoli and their son, Herman Jumba Najoli, Jnr. She has over 10 years of management, client service, training, public speaking, and leadership experience. Danyetta worked as a corporate manager before pursuing her life-long passion of coaching others. Danyetta's life coaching practice focuses on young adults who grapple with life, career, and educational decisions. She also works with caregivers who struggle to find the balance between self-care and caring for others. Danyetta also coaches diverse leaders to help them become more effective in their role.

Danyetta's personal mission in life is to creatively guide people along a path to clarifying their life purpose and attracting more of the right people, opportunities and experiences into their lives.
